Help – my guerrilla usability testing participant isn’t in my target audience

As I mentioned in my previous post about my NorfolkDev workshop, whenever I speak about or teach guerrilla usability testing there are always some really insightful questions about some of the harder aspects of this methodology. Today I'll be tackling what to do if you approach a participant who isn't part of your target audience. 

Getting started with service design

I’m often approached by people interested in the topic of service design, and what the role actually means in practice. There isn’t a universally accepted definition of what a service designer does, and the role often overlaps quite heavily with other capabilities, but I'm going to describe what service design means to me, and how you can get started with service design thinking.
